I am pleased that the Governor has listened to our advocacy and as of October 23, movie theaters in the North Country will be able to reopen with restrictions. With that said, there are still businesses that are being left in the dark. Here in the North Country we have worked hard to keep numbers low and these businesses, like arcades and wedding venues, deserve the guidance to reopen safely.
