I enjoyed seeing everyone at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Essex County meeting tonight. It was a great opportunity to talk with people in the agriculture industry about some of the challenges they face and ways we can improve their operations. As a former dairy farmer, I know all too well about the struggles our farmers face because I walked in their shoes. I appreciate everything Cornell Cooperative of Essex County does for North Country agriculture, education, and research.
