Randy and Theresa Grimshaw gave me a tour of Grim's Acres where they grow garlic to be sold locally in the North Country. While I was there, I learned all about the process of growing garlic, and Randy showed me all the homemade tools he has made since they started their business. I even got to try out some of the tools and plant a few rows of garlic! It's great to see small businesses like these that help contribute to our local economy, and I look forward to seeing their ideas for future products come to fruition.
