NASA astronaut and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col Michael P. Anderson left a giant legacy. It is fitting that this Plattsburgh native now lights up downtown Plattsburgh as the 12th mural of Outside Art: Plattsburgh Public Art Project. What a wonderful tribute- thanks to all who made this possible!
